The Company of Hygienic Articles (SAH) makes available of its shareholders and the Public which the held Extraordinary general assembly the 10/19/2018 decided to increase the authorized capital of the company by incorporation of reserves of 3,174,692 dinars and this, by the issue of 3,174,692 free new shares of a face value of One (01) dinar each one, at a rate of One (01) new action for Eighteen (18) old actions with (17) broken.
